Welcome to Physiotherapy Rehab

Build the reliable body you deserve

 

To book your Physiotherapy Rehab classes, first book your Physiotherapy Rahab Introduction with Lydia or Lauren. The session will provide orientation to the equipment, discuss your goals and plan a program that is individualised to your body.

Lydia and Lauren will assess:

  • Muscle length

  • Strength

  • Coordination

  • Flexibility and

  • Motor control

This introductory consultation is a 30-40 minute 1:1 assessment and trial on the equipment (Physiotherapy rebates will apply).

  • Build strength & mobility using Pilates Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda-chair.

  • Run by Physiotherapists Lydia Barlow and Lauren Stuart-Hill

  • 45-minute classes on the Pilates equipment

  • Small groups with only 3-4 people per class

  • In individualised programming, patients must complete a Physiotherapy Rehab Introduction before progressing to the Physiotherapy Rehab classes.

  • Rebateable with most private health funds
