All major private health funds offer cover for chiropractic, physiotherapy, pilates, podiatry and remedial massage services - usually on their 'extras' table. However, annual limits do apply, and the reimbursed amount will differ. Check with your health fund to find out your exact cover.

If your general practitioner refers you under the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, then you can claim a portion of your fees from Medicare (up to a maximum of 5 visits per year). This will require direct liaison with your GP.

We do not retain accounts, so payment for all consultations is expected on the day. We have HICAPS, electronic health fund rebates and Medicare Easyclaim facilities that allows you to pay for your consultation and claim your rebate immediately. If you have set this up, your funds will then be deposited into your chosen bank account.
