Alyce has had a passion for movement ever since becoming a remedial massage therapist, which lead her to study Pilates with Pilates ITC in 2019, and she has been teaching ever since! She has continued her studies and also completed a clinical pilates equipment certificate in 2021.

Alyce loves to deliver a fun, energetic, flowing class working the whole body.

With her background, she enjoys working with clients who have injuries, wants to work on their personal goals, stretch and mobiles and build strength.
