Senior Pilates Practitioner
Megan is an experienced Pilates Practitioner with an Advanced Diploma in the Pilates Method (11333NAT), bringing extensive experience across Pilates, movement therapy and allied health environments.
We are excited to welcome Megan back to SPINE&SPORTS. Having previously been part of our team at our former location, Megan returns in a new capacity as part of our Physiotherapy and Pilates team, helping clients achieve their goals through individualised, evidence-informed movement and rehabilitation.

Throughout her career, Megan has worked with a diverse range of clients and has taught in some of Western Australia’s leading Pilates studios, as well as internationally. She has also worked closely alongside allied health professionals, integrating Pilates principles with rehabilitation and functional movement strategies.
Megan holds a Graduate Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Education from Murdoch University, an Advanced Education Certificate in Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates through BASI Pilates, Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training through The Yoga Social, and has completed Scolio Pilates Modules 1 and 2, with plans to complete Module 3 in 2027.
Her ongoing professional development focuses on the FAMO Method of Movement (fascial movement), as well as Archival Pilates training with Maggie MacGill. Megan is passionate about helping people develop greater body awareness, strength and confidence through purposeful movement.
Alongside her clinical work, Megan is a Senior Educator with PilatesITC, where she supports and mentors future generations of Pilates professionals through Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs in Perth.

Megan enjoys working with a wide range of clients, with particular interests in:Spinal and back conditions
Returning to exercise following injury, illness or major life changes
Building strength, confidence and resilience through movement
Healthy ageing and maintaining independence
Pre- and post-menopausal women
Prehabilitation and rehabilitation before and after surgery
Outside the Clinic
Outside of work, Megan enjoys hiking with her Australian Shepherd, Laramie, training for open water swims, spending time at the beach, travelling, and discovering great food.
