Lydia completed her Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University in 2015 and has completed her Master of Continence and Women’s Health Physiotherapy in 2024. Patient recovery fuels her passion as a Physiotherapist and drives her to obtain optimal results for her patients. Lydia has completed further studies in Women’s Health, Pilates and Dry Needling courses and experience. Lydia has a deep love for coffee, the surf, running, Pilates and meeting every new person that walks through the door.
