Lora Rainey
Advanced Pilates Practitioner, BScExSc.
Hailing from Houston, Texas, and a mum of twin Identical boys, Lora specialises in sports rehabilitation and injury maintenance for all levels of athleticism. Lora uses her background in the Pilates Method and exercise science to offer a whole-body approach to your session.
She is a faculty educator and presenter for Pilates International Training Centre. She holds a Bachelor in Exercise Science from the University of Houston, an Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method, a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, and a Cert IV in training and education. She has recently delivered Pilates-based sports conditioning programs for teams and individuals focusing on strength and mobility.

Lora is a National Pilates Training faculty educator and presenter, National Conference presenter for Pilates Association Australia and developer of workshops entitled “Shoulder the Load” and “Pilates Slings Anatomy” focused on intramuscular coordination and movement and, more recently “Pelvic Floor Function and Dysfunction”.
