Alyce has had a passion for movement ever since becoming a remedial massage therapist, which led her to study Pilates with Pilates ITC in 2019, and she has been teaching ever since! She has continued her studies and also completed a clinical Pilates equipment certificate in 2021.

Alyce loves to deliver a fun, energetic, flowing class working the whole body.

With her background, she enjoys working with clients who have injuries, who want to work on their personal goals, stretch and mobilise and build strength.
